REFUND POLICY

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

For hygiene, safety, and logistics reasons, all products are considered final sale once shipped and cannot be returned.


CHARGEBACKS

We encourage customers to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback.

Unauthorized chargebacks may result in:

  • Order review delays

  • Loss of eligibility for future support

PROCESSING TIME FOR REFUNDS

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
